Gosh darn it, Sunflowers!

I feel so defeated by these seedlings haha. They’ve grown so much but they’re all limp instead of standing up straight and I don’t really understand why. I assumed it was the excess water from over watering (oops) and letting them dry… did not help. They’re still slumped over having an issue standing upright by themselves. I don’t know what I should do! I asked PlantTok and my friend and my godmother said it needs more light…

So… Now the light is like 5 inches away. Let’s go, Sunflowers. Get your shit together! (TuT) Day one with the light source closer to the sunflowers and nothinnnnngggg!! Doesn’t look like they want to stand upright at all. SIGH! Guess I’m just going to have to deal with these floppy seedlings for now. Maybe get a plant stake and MAKE them upright? Hurm.

Roses are Red, Violets are Blue

I may or may not have bought myself a cute little mini rose bush. It is so gosh darn cute!! I have no idea how to take care of it, however. Other than giving it water and clipping off dead blooms. It’s pretty though. I can’t wait till the weather is a little bit nicer so I can place her into the ground. I think she’ll look really pretty next to my walkway.

If anyone has any tips or tricks on how to care for roses; I’m all ears!
